✅ 7-Day Easy Return Policy

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • A photo or video of the product may be requested to process your return

🚚 Free Delivery Pan India

We offer completely free delivery across all of India on every order. No minimum order value required. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 4–7 business days.

💳 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep
  • UPI — Pay instantly via any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Razorpay — Secure online payment gateway

No advance payment is required for COD orders.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Here's how refunds work:

  • COD orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID
  • UPI / Online payments: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method
  • You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once the refund is initiated

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo or short video of the product (if applicable)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper application
