At Zyra, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


Return Window

We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.


Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • βœ… In the same condition as received
  • βœ… Unused and unopened
  • βœ… In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • βœ… Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

How To Request A Return

To start a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product

Once your return request is approved we will share further instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • πŸ”΄ Damaged or defective
  • πŸ”΄ Wrong item received
  • πŸ”΄ Missing items from order

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or full refund β€” no questions asked.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • ❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • ❌ Items returned without original packaging
  • ❌ Sale items and products purchased during special promotions
  • ❌ Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once return is approved, place a fresh order for the new item

Cash On Delivery Orders

For COD orders that are returned:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Please share your bank details or UPI ID when requesting a return
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Prepaid Order Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since approval please contact us at support@getzyra.shop

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number
