Free Delivery
π We offer free delivery on all orders across India. No minimum order value required. No hidden charges.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed
- You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive:
- A tracking number via email or WhatsApp
- A link to track your order in real time
You can also contact us on WhatsApp for order updates at any time.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders β a full refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
- For COD orders β the order will be cancelled automatically
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order.
Incorrect Address
Zyra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
